Bethel Village is walking distance away, where you can take advantage of village amenities including Gould Academy, Bethel Inn Resort, and quaint local shops and restaurants. Sunday River Ski Resort is a short ten-minute drive to the North, and Mt. Abram is an easy ten-minute drive to the East.
Our brand-new, spacious and comfortable luxury home offers nearly 2600 square feet across 3 levels including a large and open great room/dining area with cathedral ceiling and expansive windows facing the mountain view, a fully-outfitted gourmet kitchen, 2 master bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, an upper sleeping loft, two additional guest bedrooms, laundry room, and a daylight-basement rec room with wide screen TV, gaming system, and air hockey table.
